Orange juice not really that healthy!. Spikes your blood sugar then you produce more insulin and crash, hungry and craving later!. You should have a balanced meal with more protein than carbs!. Protein will fill you up!. Honestly, even though most people like fruit for breakfast I'd say it's better later in the day as a dessert!. Try an egg white omlette with some peppers and low fat cheese!. You can serve it on a slice of whole grain toast with a little trans-fat-free margarine!.
