I love stuffin muffins!.When I have leftover chicken or turkey I grab a box of copmmercial stuffing mix, some dries cranberries, chopped apple, celery etc whatever you put in stuffing, add the chicken or turkey, fill muffin cups and bake!. Is a fun dinner with veggies,Www@FoodAQ@Com
