Question: Is it safe to eat RAW but FROZEN meat, such as chicken/ beef etc!?
I was just wondering, you know how its unsafe to eat raw chicken and such because of bacteria, well surely its fine to eat it frozen!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

no it isnt safe because some bacteria hibernates in the cold so when it reaches your body temp and if it thrives in your acidic stomach then whooo your bathroom better have a reserved sign on it!. So ALWAYS COOK YOUR MEAT UNLESS YOU JUST KILLED IT LIKE ON THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL!. GO BEAR!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Raw chicken, frozen or otherwise, is never safe!. Raw beef can be eaten (steak tartar is a fairly common menu item in hi-end restaurants)!. Pork can be eaten rare as can lamb!. I do it all the time!. Thats in the US and its rare for there to be problems with pork - in fact, almost unheard of here!. I wouldn't do this in many third world country however!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beef is eaten raw all the time!.!.!.like steak TATAR!. We use to just take fresh hamburger and put salt,pepper and some hot sauce on it and snack on it!. Chicken!.!.!.well!.!.I would cook that puppy!.!.frozen or not!. Any raw meat you would eat should be 100% fresh and not sitting in the freezer for 6 months!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
