Home vegetable canning?!

Question: Home vegetable canning!?
Without a pressure cooker or expensive equipment, what is a cheap way I can do some home canning!? Trying to stock up considering we live miles from the nearest grocery store!. ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
All you need is a large pot (one that is about 3-4 inches higher than your jars you are using) Then take a round cooling rack, place into bottom of pot, fill with water (not hot)!. Bring water to a boil!. Add your cooked veggies into jars then close jars, place into pot of boiling water, carefully, make sure water level is at least 2" above jars even if you need to add some more to it!. Keep boiling or Process for 30 - 35 minutes!. Remove from water, and set aside to cool, and then listen for the pop! Good Luck !!Www@FoodAQ@Com
