Question: Can I receive the same nutrition from drinking vegetable juice than eating vegetables!?
Answers:
Most of the time vegetable juice has added ingredients and sometimes may be sweetened if you check the label !.However it is still as healthy , but if I were you I would instead eat the vegetables !. If you dont like eating vegetables than just drink the juice instead !.By the way most of the time the vegetables lose fiber !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You won't get the fiber, but vegetable juice is still healthy!.

Some vegetables don't release their full nutrients until they are cooked, so you'd miss out on some of those!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, but it's still a healthy drink!. When juiced , some of the vitamins and nearly all of the fiber are lost from the veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
