I still haven't decided on a menu for my daughters Graduation?!
For my sons I had Ham and sloppy Joes and all the stuff that goes with that!.Anyone have any ideas for a main meat dish that is not real expsensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
We grilled out for our daughter's graduation - bratwurst, hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers!. Casual outdoor party!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
What I did was very easy, taste good and was cheap!.
Boil pasta noodles, (the curly ones)!. Cook ground meat and add spaghetti sauce!. Mix the noodles and meat sauce in a large size casserole pan!. They sell really huge ones for parties at most grocery stores!. Add either ricotta's cheese or cottage cheese!. Place mozzarellas cheese on top and bake in the oven at 375 until cheese is melted!. I also baked some garlic bread and cut it up in slices and just placed in a bowl!. A veggie salad and fruit dish also goes well with this!. This is good for an out door and indoor event and some what elegant!. ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

For graduation grillins is usually what My family does because it's cheap, quick and easy!. If you can buy some vegetables like peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, etc!.!.!. and beef and chicken and cube it up and then get a few shish kebab skewers you can arrange it so that eveyone can assemble their own shish kebabs and then have someone grill them for them!. We did that for my cousins graduation party and it was an instant hit!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Finally!.!.!.!.!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken!.!.!.!.!.!.that's good , too!.
Another (bright)idea!.!.!.!.!.I thought of trying!.!.!.!.!.!.replace the
catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce!.!.!.and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp!.!.!.!.!.!
Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce!.!.!.!.!.!.eh!.!.!.wasn't all that
great!.!.!.was OK!.!.!.probably won't be fixing it again!.
also tried beef stew cuts!.!.!.!.!.!.that was pretty good!.!.!.!.!.I can see
