I always add red or green bell peppers to my salads because if a tomato is not home grown it does not go in my salads and I need something frome that family in my diet!. Tomatoes and bell peppers are same family veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only MUST is lettuce!. The rest is whatever I have on hand!. I like cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced vidalia onions, red peppers!. Not a big cheese fan on my salads but croutons are nice once in a while!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is NO MUST in salad making it is a individual thing!.

Nothing else is a MUST- I usually just have salad and ranch when I'm hungry for one!.!.!. but if where somewhere like pizza hut or golden coral (a buffet restaurant) I'll get chicken and tomato also :)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
