Yes but here's a few things to remember!.
1st) cook it completely the first time
2nd) make sure you get as much air out of the package as possible so you don't get frost bite
3rd) once you take it out and thaw it you can not refreeze it!. That's the makings of food poisoning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Definatley, it wont taste as fresh as when it was cooked but if you seal it well it should be fine!. When you defrost it however, make sure to do it gradually by placing it in the fridge the night before and letting it slowly thaw!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can, I often purchase precooked chicken from Sainsbury, freeze it and then, provided you thaw thoroughly for at least 12 hours and then heat through in the oven, you will have no problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
