Delia Smith's books are amazing!. Especially for beginners, but more skilled cooks can also learn from her books!. She's a saint!.

I like Alton Brown's books because they teach you the why of cooking as well as how to cook!. Betty Crocker is good, too, because most of the recipes are pretty basic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
