Why can't I stop eating today???? What's wrong with me???!
My God!.!.!.!. I've probably gained a pound or two today!. I've had the following and I'm still hungry:
Bagel sandwich with sausage and egg
Package of Hot Peanuts
Small side salad
Bowl of mixed fruit(cantalope, watermelon, grapes, strawberry)
Large bag of plain M&Ms (the $1!.00 bag - not the BIG bag from the grocery store!.
And I'm still hungry!. :( Save any fat comments - I'm a size 6, although I won't be for long the way I'm going!. lol I'm freakin' out of control today! Anybody else out of control today!? Maybe it's something in the air!. lol

I've had:
? 2 pancakes
? an orange
? a bowl of cereal
? honey roasted peanuts
? a turkey and cheese wrap
? an ice cream sandwich
? some peanut butter crackers
? and only 1 glass of water
and I'm a size zero!
but, I'm 14, so I guess I have a fast metabolism!.
also, it's almost summer!.
maybe everyone's stomachs are a little excited!.

still hungry but !?!?
I heard if you start the day off eating bread items it makes you hungrier for the rest of the day!.!. that is what a doctor said!.
I am not sure but could you be stressed out and just stress eating or before that time I know I get that way !.!.!?
Go for a walk it will make you feel better with the fresh air -plus burn calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 pickles
half a dark chocolate w/ almond bar
a whole (fairly big) bag of maple pecan popcorn

Wow, I think I eat that much for breakfast most days!. Today I haven't had much yet, just three grilled cheese sandwiches, and a chocolate donut!. But I'm getting really hungry and will go make something right away!.

lol !.!.!.!. I have days like that too (I'm a size 4)!! Sometimes I just can't get enough to eat! !.!.!. But, if you're like me, the days when you don't eat very much far outweight those other days! For example, today I've just had a couple of iced lattes!. But, since I need to go grocery shopping, I'd better eat first, or I'll be buying out the store with impulse shopping!Www@FoodAQ@Com

May I suggest a pregnancy test!? It might be that!.
It could be also that your body is going through a growth spurt and it needs fuel to grow!. Just exercise, drink water and please do not stress to much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
