Milk has Vitamin D and Calcium, both of which are good for your body that is true!. However your body makes it's own vitamin D (from sunlight)!. In fact all your body needs!. And Calcium is found in much better sources such as green leafy vegetables and bread!. You don't need milk!. In fact it's actually not very good for you to drink!. Most of the world's population is lactose intolerant!. The dairy industry wants you to drink milk, but I'm pretty sure their opinion is biased!. Beer is better for you than drinking milk!. It has more nutrition and is musch lower in fat!.
