why not!? read the box, chock full of vitamins and minerals and you add the milk besides!. Probably better than a greasy old cheeseburger and fries!. Go for it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't see why it would be a problem with eating cereal all day long!. As long as you have milk with it and eat it sensibly, always with milk, cereal has vitamins and minerals in so you can't go wrong there!. So go ahead and eat your cereal and milk all day long!. And enjoy it!. Eat, Eat, Eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is healthy to eat only cereal because they contain a lot of nutrition and the milk has vitamin D!. However to make sure you get plenty of protein and fiber, throw in other cereal that are high in protein (special K) and fiber (Raisin Bran)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
