I cook with it as a seasoning more than I eat it plain!. It is great added to red meat dishes!.!.!.especially when you need to balance worchestershire flavors!. I like to use it on venison and elk to combat the 'gameyness' of the meat flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
