What can I eat at school?!
Our "heath foods" are kinda gross (my friend found mold on her fruit salad once) and my regular meals are 2 slices of pizza (mondays and fridays from dominos) and a bottle of water, pasta (i think it's served once or twice a week) and a water, and if theres nothing (either too expensive or just gross) I get a small soft pretzel with a bottle of water and I mgiht get an ice cream because i'm still hungry!. I've stopped eating the fries because they are extremely greasy, and I am trying to help acne from what I eat, but everything is just gross!. Out of the things I eat, it's probably all unhealthy!. I know I can take my lunch, but I usually don't have anything to bring, or I don't know what to bring!.
Please recommend something that I can take that I probably have like yogurt and granola bars, carrots ect!.!. Something that can keep me full for the rest of the day and is reasonably healthy!.

Apples, oranges, bananas & many other fresh fruits don't require refrigeration!. The same for carrot & celery sticks!. Raisins, mixed dried fruit, peanut butter, crackers, fresh fruit or veggie salad are all options!. There are ice packs which will fit lunch boxes & water bottles!. You may have to spend a little money, but it will be worth it in the long run!. You can buy a large mouth thermos and fill it with a good, healthy soup or chili of your choice!. These type of thermos' are shorter than the beverage thermos', but are wider!. You heat it up first with steaming hot water & then put in your super hot food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bring salads from home: caesar, chicken, tuna, ham or any kind of salad!. Ask your mom to buy fresh veggies and some ranch dressing for you to dip it in!. Peanut butter is also a good dip for celery and carrots!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
if you dont like the lunch and cant bring anything then eat a big breakfast and dont even eat lunch, thats what i do and ive lost some good amount of weight doing it too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Sandwich from home!. If you don't like cold cuts, then I suggest a lot of granola, with some oranges or bananas!.
