What's better. Oysters or Clams and what's the difference?!
I haven't had Oysters Are they really slimey and if so how do they taste good!? also do you prefer Clams or Oysters!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Uncooked oysters are slimy!.!.!.when cooked they aren't though!. They can be fried in batter, baked in a casserole, eaten raw, etc!. Both clams and oysters are mollusks, they come from a shell!. Clams are more meaty!. I love them both, but they have to be of a good quality!. Oysters that are too large are kind of gross and some clams are much too tough and chewy!. I personally prefer oysters!. I disagree with the claim that oysters are only used by chefs because they are "fancy"!. They are healthy and delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Clams are actually better (if you mean by taste) Chefs and movies just like oysters because they seem fancier and more expensive!. Other than that they are closely related in animal terms and are kinda hard to tell apart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
