toast
porridge
corn flakes
bran flakes
sausages and baked beans

Fruit for Breakfast, either a nice grapefruit with splenda, or a plain mango!. Mmmm!.

Othertimes, I eat a lot of eggs!.!.!.!. only I make them special!. Sometimes I'll make them mederterranian with feta cheese, spinach, tomatos, and spices, or I'll melt in some cheese, add some meat!.!.!. mmm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like banana's!. I want to try the new low cal breakfast sandwhiches by Jimmy Dean "D-Lites", so I can have another healthy option!. They look pretty good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my favorite fruit is oranges because later on in the evening, it helps me break down my foods better!. it can also help me lose more weight!. the carbs that i eat is either cereal and once in a while waffles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Banana!. I like them- sometimes I slice them up and put on cereal!. Or make a banana smoothie!. But mostly- it's the easiest fruit - carry it and take it to work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
