They don't taste like chicken like everyone says!. They taste like you'd imagine chicken to taste on another planet!.

I've made frog several different ways, but blackened legs with a remoulade is a favorite in the south!.

I once made a frog's leg mousse!.!.!. I didn't care for it, but rich people will eat anything!. I mean, they eat fattened goose livers and caviar!. blech!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The French certain think so - in France, frog legs are considered a delicacy!. (That's probably why the English call them frogs)
