Question: Does soy milk count towards your dairy or vegatables/fruit section of consumption on the food pyramid!?
Cause it's called soy MILK, but it's also called SOY milk

I'm guessing vegatables/fruit!.!.!.!.!.!.but just clarifying

The reason it would count as milk is because it is a milk substitute with calcium added to it!. That is the main reason why there is a separate food group for milk and milk products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soy "milk" is no more a dairy product than is coconut "milk!."
To be a dairy product the milk has to come from a mammal; i!.e!., cow, goat, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
