Does soy milk count towards your dairy or vegatables/fruit section of consumption on the food pyramid?!
Cause it's called soy MILK, but it's also called SOY milk

The reason it would count as milk is because it is a milk substitute with calcium added to it!. That is the main reason why there is a separate food group for milk and milk products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
