Answers:
usually the fish is cooked during processing, but the outside coating is not cooked!. It would be raw and gummy!. I'd use the pan fry method to get some measure of crisp to them before eating them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Read on the package to see if it is cooked!. I don't like to use the oven too so I will put some butter in a skillet and cook on top of the stove on med heat!. I like my food well done and sometimes the time on the package is not enough for me, and that will make something taste strange!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sometimes they are cooked first and then frozen and sometimes they are raw!. make sure you read the label to see how to cook them properly!. Usually the cheaper name brand ones are pre cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Read the ingredient list on the box!. It should say "cooked fish" or "raw fish"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
