They are not doing you any harm!. First, the tins don't have any lead in them, and second, the Sardines don't have any Mercury in them!.

About the oil!.!.!.If you don't have a lot of acne, then you are probably fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm sorry, I don't have your answer!. It would be best to ask a doctor about this!.

You can get omega 3 in fish oil capsules that come in a bottle!. They can be bought at any major supermarket and health food shops!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No problem there!. However, I think you should try a couple of tins in oil instead of all tomato sauce!. The oil really is much better for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If sardines are like salmon and can trap heavy metals they come in contact with, potentially yes!. I know that's an issue with salmon from certain regions!. As for sardines, in themselves no!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. its natural oils so you should be ok!. Maybe you should think about broadening your tastebuds with something different to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh my G the worst thing you are doing is having too many Omegas!.!. I wouldn't worry about anything other than not having too many people want to get next to you!?!?!?"":::<<<**&&^^% GURUWww@FoodAQ@Com
