Question: Should i limit my bread intake to twice a week in order to loose weight faster!?
I eat a lot of bread and i want to know if i will be able to loose weight by eating less of it!.I also eat whole wheat pasta and whole wheat rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

100% absolutely!. But you have to eliminate that, pasta, and potatoes/anything high in sugar too!. I promise you if you do this, you will lose weight!. You can have grains, but try whole grains like quinoa or if you eat rice, try brown!. Again, anything high in simple carbs though will put on the pounds!. Complex carbs are better, such as those found in vegetables!. If it easily turns into sugar in your body, your body will store fat!. It is all about calories if you lose weight!. If you consume more calories than your body requires then you will gain weight!. If you are dieting and eating bread I hope you are eating a whole grain type that is high in fiber!. Fiber will keep you fuller longer!. also if you lower your caloric intake below 1200 calories a day your body will go into starvation mode and you will not lose weight, as your body will try to hang on to those calories!. The best way to lose weight is to work out, eat a lot of fiber and get some protein in your diet!. Eat between 1200 - 1500 calories a day!. Yes, you should limit your bread intake as well as the pasta and rice!. It's all part of the carb family!. I am not a believer in cutting out all carbs from your diet, just limit yourself to maybe once a day to start off with!. If you are having pasta for dinner, don't eat bread for lunch or breakfast!.
The key to losing weight and keeping it off is moderation!. Don't overeat any type of food!. Watch your portions!.

Bread is heavy to the stomach!. but i don't really think it could make you fat!. No cause for worry!. I take a lot of it and I got sexy built especially that i go to the gym!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

bread fat is harder to lose, as for rice and pasta ur body converts them into sugar, so the more u stay away from these items the better!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
