Garlic is just about the best you can do for your stomach!.!.as well as being good for the blood and heart and for preventing mosquitoes from biting you and being a natural antibiotic!. Not garlic powers or salts or capsules, they have little or no effect, but natural fresh garlic!. Thinly sliced raw garlic really picks up a tuna salad; or you can bake cloves of garlic in their skins for about twenty minutes or until soft, then spread them out onto buttered toast instead of buying garlic bread!.!.!.if you are going to cook it into a sauce then use a lot!.!.at least half a bulb in a bolognese, or as much more as you like!.
