What are good foods to eat if you have a hangover?!

Question: What are good foods to eat if you have a hangover!?
Answers:
From years of experience-

A nice healthy mix of carbs, something greasy, and something a bit meaty with a wee bit of sugar!. Your typical american diner breakfast plate should suffice, or even some leftover pizza!.

With that being said- a hangover is mostly due to dehydration,
so make sure you drink plenty of fluids!. Two ibuprofen or acetominophen also are good (or Advil and Tylenol as you may know them as)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, a good greasy burger, breakfast stuff like pancakes!. here is my rule, go eat where the old folks eat--they don't have teeth so they don't chew much!. it hurts to chew when you have a hangover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

jcsmadfo has the best answer so far!. Add a little rest to the mix should help also!. When drinking it is best to find out your limits & try not to mix drinks!. The end result is sometimes reckless so allways plan ahead & have a good time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Porridge with fruit and a glass of milk with toast, the complex carbs and calcium will replace all the salt and nutrients you lost through drinking, plus make you feel better!. Milk is a wondercure on hangovers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Raw egg and if you can't stomach that V-8 juice!Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's not so much food that you need as plenty of fluids ,water, fruit juice etc, or if like me you want to avoid hangovers alltogether, stay drunkWww@FoodAQ@Com

drink some Gatorade and wait about an hour, hour and a half then go have an omelet at a diner!. Good to go!Www@FoodAQ@Com
