Answers:
i tried the sustain one, and it doesnt taste nice, and it DOES NOT sustain you!. it isnt even that healthy anyway!
instead try the plain weetabix, with does keep you full for longer, and add some fresh fruit on top to give it taste!(berries, bananas!.!.) This is a healthier option!.
special K just claim they are healthy because they tried their hardest to do a low calorie cereal!. weetabix is actually nourishing, good fibre source, and wholegrain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The original Special K tasted like cardboard!. If they'd added the same vitamins to the box, it would probably have been more nourishing!.

Eating cereal, with or without nuts and honey, tends to stop you feeling hungry for some time!. Unfortunately, it also contains calories (especially the ones with nuts and honey) so they are hardly the stuff of a low calorie diet!.

If you like it, eat it - but don't expect it to make you any thinner!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

:) A lot of them are going to taste the same!. Have you tried spicing it up!?

Blueberries or strawberries - fresh or dried (as long as the dried is purely fruit and not loaded with add'l sugars)

Or drizzle some honey or agave nectar on it!? Maybe just a dash of cinnamon and a bit of Splenda (or stevia - or whatever your sugar of choice is)!.

Or mixing it!. If you have have a granola you like putting just a bit of the granola!?

And I like flavored soy milks, too, in plain cereals or oatmeals/porridges!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just brought the honey and Oats one as the other one looks boring!Www@FoodAQ@Com
