The thing with all food is that it is all good in moderation!. That is not moderation! You are only getting fibre and carbohydrates (yes - sugars ARE carbohydrates) and some vitamins!. Where is the protein, starches, etc!. My aunt is a strict vegan and only eats vegies and fruits - and you should see how old and unhealthy she looks!. Do you realise you can die from drinking too much water!? It's called MODERATION! You can eat basically anything - just not too much of just one type!. (And anyway, how boring is it for your taste buds just to have the same thing over and over again!? Food should be enjoyed)Www@FoodAQ@Com

you'd start getting bladder problems from all that liquid your body's getting!. wow!. good luck with that!. you'll probably go to the bathroom a lot!. but nothing but fruit!? your skin would get a lot better!. but your body needs more than just fruit!. its not the healthiest diet, even if you're eating fruit!. you need lots of protein, fiber, carbs, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you would lose muscle mass from lack of protein!. also that would be a lot of sugar in your diet you might get fat, or worse, diabetesWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's best to add organic nuts and seeds for protein if you want a raw food dietWww@FoodAQ@Com

You are what you eat!Www@FoodAQ@Com

thats not good
you need some veges and meat or chicken!.
a combination of all those will be perfectWww@FoodAQ@Com
