I only drink 1 litre of water a day, is this dangerous?!
I'm 27 and I've always been bad at drinking, sometimes I don't even drink as much as 1 litre in a day!. How dangerous is this!? I know I can get dehydrated, but not sure of the symtoms of this or potential problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not being hydrated enough can cause you to be physically and mentially tired!. Your body can overheat and your organs over work!. Your body also will have a harder time getting rid of stuff your body no longer needs and toxins!.
You need 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of weight!. You also need another 8 ounces for every 20 minutes of exercise!.
I think that long term under hydration can cause many problems with the brain, skin and organs, as well as the build up of toxins which will cause even more problems!. I would like to try to do a research study on it but know studying something like the long term effects of proper and improper hydration may be a good 20 year project!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
