The British consume 20 kg of fish and seafood per capita according to 2003 statistics!.

well it doesn't look like a serious question but if you really what to know, the household consumption on the fish in 1997 to 2006 increased from 448000 tonnes to 524000 tonnes!.

We eat precisely 1,000,000 fish per year lol it wouldnt suprise me if that made up statistic is true!.However its impossible to know how much we eat and how much gets wastedWww@FoodAQ@Com

myself personally eat between 2 and 4 portions of fish a week as its low fat and full of goodness but i dont know the uk statistics sorry!Www@FoodAQ@Com
