Gladly, I'm so English I have the word written through me like a piece of rock lol
Anyway!.!.!.
Ok so you have to pick the right brand!. Tetley and pg tips are lovely, but there is also Yorkshire Tea which has a version for soft and hard water areas!.
So!.!.!.
1!. Boil the Kettle
2!. Place one tea bad into your favourite mug, or if you prefer, a small bone china cup (with a matching saucer)
3!. After boiling the kettle, pour the water into the mug!. I've found that by aiming the water at the teabag, the tea is more flavoursome
3 leave to "mash" for a few minutes
4!. Add sugar if you wish and then add milk!. Use more milk if you like a milky tea and less if you like it stronger
It really is lovely, especially with a choccy biccie (chocolate biscuit) or 2 :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

The biggest difference between coffee and tea making is temperature!. Coffee is best at 80*C and tea at 100*C!.
As for how to make tea, it would very much depend on how formal you wanted to be!.
A casual cuppa would just be pouring boiling water over a teabag in a mug, letting it brew to the desired strength then remove the teabag and add milk and sugar to taste!.
Sitting down with relatives, you could use a teapot!. Again just put teabags (or loose tealeaves) in the pot (how much would depend on the size of pot) and add boiling water the bags or leaves are left in!. This is placed on a tray along with cups, a milk jug and sugar bowl!. The host will usually pour tea for guests who can then add their own milk or sugar!. Some may include a separate pot of hot water to weaken over-strong tea!.
When pouring with loose tealeaves, use a tea-strainer to catch the leaves!.
There may well have been a 'Proper' way as recently as 50 years ago but most tea making is now a casual affair!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How can so many "correct" people be so wrong!?
Assume you have a teapot!. A first essential!.
Assume that you have loose tea leaves!. A second essential!.
Boil a kettle of water!.
Pour that water into the teapot!.
Leave for a minute!.
Pour the water out of the teapot!.
Put into the teapot one spoonful of tea leaves for every serving and add one - for the pot!.
Pour into the teapot sufficient freshly boiled water to fill the cups (and a little extra)!.
Leave for a minute!.
At here there are 2 viewpoints!.
1!. Put some milk in the cup (not mug or anything else) and pour the tea into it - or -
2!. pour the tea into the cup and allow your guest to choose how much milk (or not) they might want
Teabags - forget it!. It is impossible to make a proper cup of tea with a teabag!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Average tea: Mug, tea bag, boiling water!. Stir for about 30sec, squeeze bag on side of mug with tea spoon to get as much moisture out as possible ( this has nothing to do with taste but the practical side of not dribbling tea on the counter!!) Add a good splosh of milk until the colour is a rosy brown shade, and that is "a nice cup of rosy lee"!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Very simple!. start with a perpendicular line!. Just at the apex height of the perpendicular line, start drawing a horizontal line that starts to the left of the perpendicular line, forms right angles at the flush intersect of the two lines and continues on past the perpendicular to a distance equal to the line segment from it's origin to it's intersect with the perpendicular line!. That's how I make my "T"Www@FoodAQ@Com
well i use a coffe pot and put my tea bags in whole and once the pot is done !.!. its like coffee but very strong!. i use two large bags or 8 small bags for 8 cup water!.!. then i take that pour it into a gallon size pitcher add 2 cups of sugar but if you like it sweet like texas tea then add another cup of sugar!.!. then stir so it dissolves into the hot tea!. then add some cold water or ice up till the top of the gallon mark !.!. then that will give you one gallon of tea!.!. cut up some lemons, oranges, or limes and put on the side for all to use!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
