there is some round glass that we put in milk when we boil it in order to prevent it from boiling out ,

and i need to know its name ,,,,,

If you mean a glass bowl over a sauce pan, that would be a double boiler!.
But usually a double boiler is two fitted sauce pans!.
So I'm not really sure, unless there are more details!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
