I have home cooked food, microwave meals are yuck, plus I'm allergic to a lot of things that end up in microwave foods!.
Regarding the take away food or eating out, I don't do that very often, I tend to take a picnic with me for a day out, I reckon I have take aways about 3 or 4 times a year!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually meet friends to go out for tea or have a takeaway once a week!. Most of the time I cook my own meals from scratch but when I am stuck for time or working late I nip over to M&S and get a microwave meal!. Usually ham and mushroom taglitelle and it's yummy !Www@FoodAQ@Com
We eat out quite often especially when out shopping! We go to a local restruant/pub once a month or so and we may get a take away once a month too, depends how many night shift I have to do!Www@FoodAQ@Com
