How much of beans and legums (pulses) must I consume to get the same things I do from meat?!

Question: How much of beans and legums (pulses) must I consume to get the same things I do from meat!?
Meat gives all eight *essential* amino acids in one spot, plus a boatload of protein!.

Beans and Legumes (pulses) include everything on the list at http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Pulse_(legu!.!.!.

However, which of these and in what combination can I receive the 8 essential amino acids: L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Methionine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan and L-Valine!?

How much protein do I get from this combination of beans and legumes!?

What quantity would make them equal to, say, a 1/4 pound burger made from 95% lean ground beef!?

Thank you for your responses and your time!. If I could find this online I wouldn't waste your brainpower!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
This is just a partial idea of how to get the 8 essential amino acids from beans and legumes (pulses)!. Compare the amount of protein that animal products have!. Labels on items usually tell you how many grams or the percentage of protein it contains!.

Sources of protein: Milk and milk products, meat, poultry,
fish, eggs, dried peas, beans, and nuts!. Two servings a day, approximately 12 to 22 grams of protein per serving!. Dietary protein may be labeled complete (high quality) or incomplete (low quality), based on their amino acid composition!.
Complete proteins contain sufficient amounts and proportions of all the essential amino acids to support growth!. Incomplete proteins are deficient in one or more essential amino acids!. Generally animal proteins (eggs, dairy products, and meats) are complete, and plant proteins (grains, legumes and vegetables) are incomplete!. Because different sources of plant proteins lack different amino acids, a plant protein can be complemented and its quality made high by combining it with a different plant protein or by adding a small amount of an animal protein!.
