they are consider as heaty fruit as some answer said, make records of your food you eat that you think cause you sickness, like if you eat mango(record the amount you eat, what you eat for the next few days) today record in notebook for the next few days if you fall sick, if yes mean might be the mongo or the food you eat within that few days, after a few record you will be able to compare and narrow down to one item and prove that is the fruit bad for you!.

People might say that i am crazy but i didn't it and found out what causes my husband's allergy(chicken)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ask her to tell you why!. Just telling you to not eat them with no valid reason doesn't help!.

Could you be allergic to them!? I know some people are allergic to certain fruits so they can't eat them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Both are considered as 'heaty' fruit in Asian context!. So if you have too much of those, you may have a sore throat, fever etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
