What is the smelliest cheese?!

Question: What is the smelliest cheese!?
Answers:
contrary to popular belief, what we in the U!.S!. call Limburger,is in reality Leiderkrantz, originally from Germany and brought to this country in the early 1800's by a dutch immigrant ,and changed from the original goats milk cheese to an all cows milk cheese, which is still quite pungent ,and very aromatic ,and at serving temperature Of just below room temp is quite possibly the smelliest cheese available except for a french cheese that we can not get in the us called Fromage le vec du monde ,I can handle Leiderkrantz ,but cant even get close to Fromage le vec du mondeWww@FoodAQ@Com

It is called Munster!. It is made in the village of Munster in France!. I went to visit this village and the whole place stunk of this cheese!. I really like cheese and actually Munster is quite tasty but you don't really want to smell it - it is distinctly old socks !! I believe it is illegal in France to travel on public transport with this cheese as it smells so bad!. I was taught by my French friends to keep Munster on the windowsill outside the house!. You can't put it in the fridge or else everything else would smell of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
