Problem : who doesn't like SWEETS!?!
my only problem , besides being a latina which means having an ***! is sweets , i dont want a but and sweets can help i think, how can i stop likeing sweets!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Start eating substitute sugar foods!. Companies like Glucerna, South Beach Diet!. Or just restrict your daily carb intake!. Carbs turn into sugar, which causes your stomach to crave more carbs!. Thats why you can eat a gazillion chocolates and not get full!. Therefore not eating carbs makes your crave for sugar less!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
