I know that I wouldn't eat horse meat!. I don't have anything against anyone who does, as long as there was no cruelity leading up to the death of the horse!. I guess the reason why I wouldn't is because I ride horses and I love them so much!. I just couldn't bring myself to do that; to me it would feel like cannibalism!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I lived in Germany for three years when I was in the RAF, I often ate horse meat and see no problems in it at all!.

Man has evolved to be omniverous, I don't see the sense in choosing animals to eat on the basis of their IQ or beauty contests, I would only draw the line at endangered species!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hell, i'd try anything once!. although i'm pretty sure i wouldn't eat horses, just because they're more like a domestic animal to me than something to be consumed!. i would never eat a dog because i keep them as pets, but in china they rock out with that, so it's all a matter of culture!.
