I personally like raw onion ( a must!), ketchup and mustard!.
My husband on the other hand puts EVERYTHING on it!
Mustard, pepperocinis, kraut, onions, and pickles!.!.!.not necessarily all at the same time!. He's from Chicago and from what I hear they use everything but the kitchen sink EXCEPT ketchup-NO Ketchup!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spicy mustard, like a NY deli style mustard!. Next add some kraut and hot dog onions, or just one of the 2!. Otherwise you're stuck settling for relish and diced onions, unless you can get some good chili cheese dogs with or without onions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mayo on the bread, then cheese, then relish, then the hotdog (Hebrew National) then ketchup and mustard, and onionWww@FoodAQ@Com

there are so many combination it all depends on what kind of sauce u want!.
