I have fresh cod marinating in teh fridge and?!
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I should cook it in the oven or in a pan with a lid!? and at what temperature and for how long!?

Pan fry,broil,steam!. Cook until it flakes to the forks touch and is white!. Pan fry by toweling the fillet dry!. Coat in seasoned flour!. dip in beaten eggs!. Re-coat in flour/corn meal mixture!. Or 2nd coating in same with milk,beer or water to make into a batter!. Steam with ginger or lemon infused water!. Broil straight up with butter and add lemon and chives after it is cooked!.
