How do you lose the aftertaste of toothpaste/mouthwash in your mouth?!

Question: How do you lose the aftertaste of toothpaste/mouthwash in your mouth!?
I may occasionally prefer to eat my breakfast ASAP!. But with the lingering aftertaste of toothpaste/mouthwash, food tastes weird and nauseous!. Is there a quick and simple way (besides time, of course) to lose that taste in your mouth!? (Don't bother telling me to take anti-freeze! XD)Www@FoodAQ@Com
