What are some good easy healthy summer meals for a family of 6?!

I like fruit salads in the summer and they are not high in calories if you use nonfat yogart in them!.
Grill some skinless chicken breast , add fresh pineapple to it the last minutes
lettuce salads with some grilled chicken in it is so good too!.

Here's an economical and healthy summer meal my family loves:
Grilled kabobs, brown rice, and a salad:
Cut veggies into chunks about 1 and 1/2 inches!. Use zuchinni, mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes (whole), and bell peppers!. Put them in a bowl and pour half a bottle of low-cal Italian dressing over it to marinate!.
Meanwhile, cut 3 boneless chicken breasts into the same size pieces!. Put them in a bowl and pour the other half of the dressing over it!.
On 12 bamboo skewers, alternate the marinated pieces of chicken and veggies!. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes each side!.
Serve with brown rice, a tossed salad, and French rolls!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grilled chicken breast with a salad or potatoes!. Grilled shrimp, grilled tomatoes, grilled peppers, grilled tomatoes!. Salmon is awesome on the grill!. You can make beef kabobs on the grill by placing the above veggies on a skewer (buy at grocerer) you can also put beef in between the veggies!. sliced green olives
sliced black olives
can of corn- drained
diced onions
diced green bell peppers!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. mix up in a large bowl!.!.!.!.!.!.!.add
2or3 heapping spoons of mayo or salad dressing and 1/2 c!. ranch dressing!.!.!.!.!. mix all together!.!.!.!.chill!.!.!.!.enjoy

A giant TACO salad is always good !.!.!.!. Grilled hamburgers (I use 96/4 ground sirloin) with grilled bell pepper and zucchini halves !.!.!.!.!. Salad Nicoise is another favorite summer dinner of ours !.!.!.!.!. I always serve a green salad AND some sort of cut-up fruit, or fruit salad, with every dinner !.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just make lots of colourful Salads, Red, Green and Yellow peppers, Prawns, Sprinkle parsley over it for decoration!. Then you can serve, bread rolls, Pasta, baked potatoes, Cous-cous~~~Www@FoodAQ@Com
