Fish is a brain food!. It has been compared to something nasty, of course, some people like throwing them (Pike Place Market in Seattle)!.
They have a chemical as I think most seafood does that is essiantial in neural development!.
It has been said not to eat more than 2 oz!.'s of fish a week because they might have heavy metals!. And this would keep you safe :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
