Bell Peppers?!
I love bell peppers, they're my favorite thing to use for seasoning!. But the prices here(Norfolk VA) have become outrageous -- $4!.00 a piece! Just curious, where are you and what do they cost!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Atlanta area, they were 98 cents apiece last week where I shop!. What I do when they are cheap!!! should go down in price pretty soon, is freeze them!. I clean and deseed, put in zip lock bags so when I need some they are ready to chop and use!. They don't require any pre boiling, just pop in a bag and freeze, they keep for a year!. In the summer when the fruit stands have local ones cheap, I freeze enough to last till the next season!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
