Perfectly OK!. Fresh vegetables don't go "out of date", but common senses tells you when they're no longer palatable!.

The bits to look out for are the green patches!. They're not harmful per se, but can give you a gippy tummy if you eat too much of the green bits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nothing wrong with that as it is only the peal that sprouts!. You can actually plant them and grow your own potatoes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take out he green parts!. For potatoes the apperance of mold and sticky substance indicates that it had gone bad!. Throw those awayWww@FoodAQ@Com
