Is theres any difference in vitamins between eating a fresh fruits and fresh fruit shakes?!
let say apple, instead of chewing it, i put it on a blender and make it a shake doest it makes any difference as far as the vitamins are concern!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nooo, not unless you are juicing it, in which case you are removing the fiber (it gets left behind as that pulp in the juicer)!.
Heat, chemical processing and sunlight are the main destroyers of vitamins!. Minerals don't really get destroyed as they are more stable structures, but they can be converted to less soluble forms!.
If you combine some vitamins and minerals with other compounds it can make them less soluble (like calcium and oxalate), but what you are doing sounds fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
