Eating or drinking fruit? Is it the same?!
I have a question!.!.!. is it the same to place a fruit in the blender (the whole fruit) and liquefy it!? That just grabbing the fruit and eating it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is absolutely no difference in eating whole fruit or drinking a blended fruit or group of fruits!. The nutritional value is the same!.
