I don't disagree with you but truly it's not the carbohydrates and fats that make you fat!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it's the amount that you eat!. Personally, if I'm really hungry the most I can eat is two slices of a small pizza but I do have friends that can eat an entire medium or large all by themselves and yes they do have 40" waistlines and will tell you honestly that "all I had was a pizza", of course, all washed down with sodas!.

I like lots of vegetables on my small pizza and after I've eaten my two pieces there is enough to freeze for 3 more meals!.
Cheese & meat won't make you fat but if you pig out on them every day and eat more than you need then that is the problem for the individual and not because it's pizza!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Like any food, it depends on how you make it!. I'd recommend making it at home, though, if you're concerned about the fat & stuff!.

Meat is good for protein, cheese is good for calcium!. The tomato sauce can be an excellent source of lycopene!. Veggies have all sorts of antioxidents & nutrients!.

And it depends on how much you eat as well-even the healthiest food can be bad if you just binge on it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
