Answers:
Milk!. will!.
its slightly basic so it will neutralize the spice in your mouth and make the flavor go away fast!. which is also why doctors advise you to drink some if you accidentally swallow something like bleach, because it will slow down the chemical reaction while you work yourself over to the hospital!.

Orange juice has citric acid in it so it won't get rid of the spicy flavor it'll only make it worse!.

Water is a neutral compound so it'll help but the best it can do is slightly ease the spice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Milk!. Really, any dairy product!. Capsaicin is the compund in hot peppers that binds to nerve receptors!. "Casein, a phosphoprotein found in milk, acts as a detergent to dissociate the capsaicin from nerve receptors, allowing it to wash away"Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi, there!.

Any citrus is going to have enough acidity to help cut the spice!. For instance, if you eat too much wasabi - the best way to cut it is to suck on a piece of orange, lime, etc!.

Good luck with that!Www@FoodAQ@Com
