What curry?!
I have freind coming over tomorrow night, and this weeks theme is indian food!. What kind of curry should I cook!. There are no vgetarians and everyone enjoys spicy food!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are a curry novice then the best idea is to get a curry kit!. These contain all the spices you need for a curry, plus a recipe card and a list of all the ingredients you need to buy!. They sell at about the same price as cook-in-sauce but are so so superior and it's proper indian food!. Each kit serves 4 people!.
The best ones I know about are by Spice-n-tice!. you can get them at the source below but they wont get to you in time!. (Still do read all about them and you will see what I mean about them being just perfect for cooking for friends)
I read that M&S are trailing a limited selction of these under their own brand name so you could look there if you have one handy!.
Dont forget some naan bread, some pickles and dips and some salad!. For a hot curry something with a yoghurt base on the table is a life saver because chilli is not calmed by water only by something with fat in it!.

i would do a lamb or beef curry in the slow cooker as the meat gets really tender!.
