Is this a lot to eat in one day?!
1 bowl of cereal
6 inch italian sub
scone with jam
6 crackers with cheese
(dinner) brussel sprouts/mashed potatoes/meat
^ really small portions of dinner
7 marshmallows
1 spoon of frozen yogurt

NO, that's fine to eat in one day, you have your veggies, but you do need to replace the marshmellows with some sort of fruit, grapes, watermelon, kiwi, Cherry's or something!. They taste really good, and are good for you too!. Instead of the scone, have some carrots, celery, or broccoli, something like that!. You can also eat salad all you want, as long is the dressing is fat free!. I make up a huge salad and eat on it all week!. I put an onion, 5 carrots, celery, cabbage, tomato's, and a little bit of fat free cheese on top!. Yummy and great for you!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Mmmm not really!. Today I had A Bologna sandwich with fried onions (For lunch, no breakfast), a 24 ounce bottle of pop, some potato salad, beans and a couple bites of chicken for dinner, 3 brownie bites, and a piece of cake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
