Answers:
Counting on the milk to have stayed cold the entire time it was transported, you can safely drink milk up to a week after the stamped expiration date!. Milk that is in clear plastic go sour faster because the light breaks it down faster than milk that is packaged in cartons or light proof plastic jugs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are asking what the FDA regulation is, I don't know!. You're sitting in front of a computer, do your own research!.
If you're asking how long milk or half&half will be good, it depends on how it was pasteurized, how far it traveled to get to you and the temperature of your refrigerator!. When it smells/tastes bad, throw it outWww@FoodAQ@Com

you can use milk for about five days after the expiration date!. No idea about half-and-half, but it's probably not much different!. You can always tell by the smell!. If your dairy product smells weird, then it's time to throw it out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

About a week, but if you're in doubt smell it first!. Half and half as well as cream last a bit longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

about 4-5daysWww@FoodAQ@Com
