Why is it that when I opened the jar of honey I bought I found that most of it was crystallized?!

Question: Why is it that when I opened the jar of honey I bought I found that most of it was crystallized!?
I bought the honey new, and when I opened it (I garentee you that it was fully shut when I bought it) I found most of it crystallized!. Even though, the jar says this honey is 100% natural!. Is there a chance that the extractors fed the bees sugar before extracting the honey!? Is it still eatable!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I think it is not a !.pure farm honey that is made by bees!.this honey must have been made of sugar and mixed with honey!.Sugary substance inherent dryness can lead to crystallization!.It can occur any where from few week to months, depending on the temperature of the room where you have stored the honeyWww@FoodAQ@Com

It happens when honey ages!. It is still ok to eat!. To uncrystalize just warm the honey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

maybe its too cold so it becomes like that!. Try heating itWww@FoodAQ@Com
